Arduino Mega ADK

Item Description

• Arduino Mega is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It has a USB host interface to connect with Android-based phones,based on the above system Android 2.3.4. It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. Similar to the Mega 2560 and Uno, the Arduino Mega Android Development Kit features an Atmega8U2 programmed as a USB-to-serial converter.
• Mega ADK board USB has host functionality , providing a large number of USB devices . Arduino fully compatible controllers, such as keyboard, mouse, Bluetooth adapter, camera, U disk, etc. gamepad device.
• Note: There is a resettable fuse near the USB port on the Arduino Mega ADK.It can protect the circuit. When the current exceeds 500mA.USB connection will be disconnected.
• Arduino Mega ADK provides automatic reset designed by master reset. By following this program to the Arduino software Mega2560, the software can automatically reset, no reset button. On the PCB silk screen "RESET EN" Department can enable and disable the feature.
• The design of Arduino Mega ADK is fully compatible with the design of Arduino USB interface standard version , so the series expansion board are used for Arduino UNO can also be used on the Arduino Mega ADK.
